• PLEASE NOTE: Failure to register for the Event Membership will result in FORFEITURE of the Hotel Package.
• Check-in is from 3pm to 9pm at the hotel OR late arrivals must be emailed with arrival time to Event Host.

• Smoking and Phone use is strictly restricted to designated areas. Please ask security for location.
• Event 9pm-2am. Does NOT include any hotel accomodations.
